Pay Rate $30 / hour ($80K / year), flexible hours, health and retirement benefits
Hours 80% to Full Time
Duties include managing staff, collaborating with Board of Directors, providing leadership and coordination for land protection campaigns, and overseeing operations of organization (budget, finances, grants, membership, fundraising, human resources, etc.).
Required qualifications:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, experience managing people, success writing and administering grants, knowledge of public lands management policy, strong conservation ethic, time management / organizational skills, non-profit experience (desired).

Pay Rate $25 – 30 / hour (DOE) with benefits (depending on hours worked)
Hours 80% of full time
Duties include coordinating complex, often contentious campaigns; working with allies and adversaries while maintaining composure; providing input on regional land management policy issues; and writing federal land and water management plans.
Required qualifications:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, knowledge of public lands management policy, strong conservation ethic, time management / organizational skills, comfort with public speaking, interest in working with tribal partners and underserved communities, non-profit experience (desired).
